Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Vivariocor and consumers on the online shop vivariocor.com.
1. Contract Conclusion
The purchase is subject to the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The offer of goods does not constitute a legally binding obligation. The contract is only concluded upon acceptance of the order by the seller.
2. Delivery Terms
- Shipping costs: Free from EUR 49.00. Below EUR 49.00: EUR 4.99 (standard shipping)
- Delivery time: 3-5 working days after order confirmation (within Germany)
- Shipping method: DHL, DPD or GLS (automatic)
- Shipping addresses: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein
- International shipping: On request
3. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Klarna (installment purchase), SEPA direct debit, Prepayment. Payment is due immediately after order completion.
4. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty period: 24 months from purchase (according to German BGB)
- Defect liability: The seller guarantees the quality of all products
- Limitation of liability: The seller is only liable for direct damages caused by negligence
5. Special Features of Digital Products
Digital products (eBooks, licenses, software) cannot be withdrawn after purchase and download.

7. Changes to the GTC
The seller reserves the right to change these GTC. Existing customers will be informed at least 30 days in advance.
8. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
